By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, provided all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship directly to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

4. International Buyers (Outside France and the EU)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applicable in their country.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, we will deduct the following from your refund:
    • Shipping fees
    • Any charges incurred (e.g., taxes, VAT)
    • A €20 handling fee

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will cover the cost of the item minus the original shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

7. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, minor variations in color, design, or details may occur due to photography or screen settings. Such variations are not considered defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published.
