Exquisite set of 4 silver-plated cups and saucers, with a base of white metal, by Denis Gérard, Paris (established in 1912), successor to Ancien Maison Marchand (1852). Each piece showcases detailed engraved friezes and ornate acanthus leaf-designed handles, reflecting superior craftsmanship and historical lineage.
Condition :
This antique set is in good condition, displays some scratches, slight deformations and minor dents, particularly noticeable on one of the cups. Some saucers exhibit deformations. The plating shows wear and oxidation typical for its age. Please examine all photos carefully. Overall, the set still retains a very shiny appearance and is sturdy to use.
